TranslAid is for anyone who translates text from one language to another language, such as freelance translators, translation agencies, companies, volunteer translators, etc.
TranslAid is a Computer Aided Translation (CAT) tool. The word TranslAid is combined from the words Translation and Aid. As the word implies it helps the translator with the job of translating text from one language to another. It supports virtually any language which is supported by your computer.
TranslAid makes use of a Translation Memory which means that every definition and segment is stored and can thus be used again.
There are two versions: TranslAid Lite and TranslAid PRO.

TranslAid has an on-screen dictionary which allows you to insert definitions at the click of the mouse. This not only boosts your speed of translation in terms of words per hour, it also reduces the introduction of typo’s.
